UX Research
Understanding market needs, user expectations, and competitors’ positioning
Competiror Analysis
After identifying and analysing 11 competitors, I selected the 8 most relevant based on location, target audience and service catalog.
This process was repeated for both end-user app and the admin platform for service providers.
Heuristic evaluation
I conducted an in-depth heuristic evaluation and design audit of eight competitor products. This involved mapping user flows, analysing feature sets, and identifying usability gaps and product positioning.
The audit provided valuable insights into each competitor’s strengths, weaknesses, and core value propositions - informing both product direction and differentiation strategy.
Target audience
By defining the target audience early in the process, I was able to develop detailed personas, map their core needs and expectations, and uncover unmet demands in the competitive landscape. These insights directly informed product decisions and feature prioritization.
